These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Career Transition Success Academy website, coaching program, and related services (collectively, the "Services"), operated by HR Strategies Plus LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account, submitting your resume, booking a consultation, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
By using the Services in any way — browsing the website, creating an account, uploading a resume, booking a free consultation, or purchasing a coaching package — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy, Cookies Notice, and Refund Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Career Transition Success Academy provides career coaching and job search support services, which may include one-on-one coaching sessions, resume and cover letter review, LinkedIn profile optimization, mock interview practice, networking and job search strategy, salary negotiation support, and related guidance, offered individually or bundled into fixed-price packages ("Launch," "Momentum," "Transformation," or similar). We may also offer a free introductory consultation and a client portal where you can create an account to track coaching progress recorded by your coach.
We may add, modify, or discontinue any part of the Services, including package contents and pricing, at any time. Material changes to packages you have already purchased will be communicated to you directly.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent that you meet these requirements and that all information you provide to us is accurate, current, and complete.
Some features, such as viewing your coaching progress, require you to create an account with an email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@careertransitionsuccessacademy.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
Coaching packages are offered at a fixed, one-time price for the scope of services described at the time of purchase — they are not recurring subscriptions and will not automatically renew or rebill unless we clearly state otherwise for a specific offering. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and are subject to change; the price you agree to at booking applies to your package.
Payment is arranged directly with our team (for example, by invoice or a payment link) as part of scheduling your package. Full payment, or the payment schedule agreed with us in writing, is required before coaching sessions begin unless we expressly agree otherwise. You are responsible for any taxes applicable to your purchase.
Refund eligibility, cancellation terms, and rescheduling policies for paid packages are set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Free introductory consultations may be cancelled or rescheduled at no charge.

All website content, coaching materials, worksheets, templates, and frameworks we provide are owned by HR Strategies Plus LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use these materials for your own career development. You may not resell, redistribute, or publicly republish them.
You retain ownership of your resume, cover letter, and any personal content you submit to us. By submitting these materials, you grant us a limited license to access, review, edit, and return them to you solely for the purpose of providing the Services.
We treat information you share during coaching sessions and in application materials as confidential, and we only use it to provide the Services to you. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
We use trusted third-party providers to operate the Services, including Supabase (account authentication) and Vercel (website hosting and secure file storage for uploaded resumes). Your use of the Services is also subject to the applicable terms of these providers to the extent they govern the underlying infrastructure. We are not responsible for outages or issues caused solely by these third-party providers.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HR Strategies Plus LLC and its owners, employees, coaches, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of income, profits, or opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific package or service giving rise to the claim in the twelve (12) months before the claim arose.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HR Strategies Plus LLC and its owners, employees, coaches, and contractors from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your misuse of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third party's rights.
You may stop using the Services and close your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you violate these Terms, misuse the Services, or engage in conduct we reasonably believe is harmful to us, our staff, or other clients. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including Intellectual Property, Confidentiality, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, and Indemnification) will survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Michigan, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Effective Date" above and, where appropriate, notify you (for example, by email or a notice on the Site). Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
