Uploaded resumes and application details are stored in private, access-controlled file storage that is not publicly accessible. Coaching-progress data is stored in a database with row-level security so that each client can only view their own records. Access to applicant and client data through our internal admin dashboard is restricted to authorized staff. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information.
We retain your personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, maintain business records, and comply with legal, accounting, or reporting obligations. You may request deletion of your information as described below, subject to any records we are legally required to keep.
