Refund Policy

Effective Date: August 3, 2026

This Refund Policy applies to coaching packages purchased through Career Transition Success Academy, a service of HR Strategies Plus LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). It forms part of our Terms & Conditions.

1. Overview

We want you to feel confident before you invest in a coaching package. This policy explains when a refund is available for our paid packages (currently "Launch," "Momentum," and "Transformation," or any similar fixed-price package we offer). Packages are one-time purchases, not recurring subscriptions, so there is no auto-renewal to cancel.

2. Free Consultations

Our introductory consultation is free of charge. You may cancel or reschedule it at any time at no cost, and no refund request is necessary since no payment is taken.

3. Refund Window

Full refund: available if you request a refund before your first scheduled coaching session. Since no coaching has yet been delivered, you're entitled to a full refund of your package price.

No refunds once services have been rendered: once your first coaching session has taken place, your package is considered in progress and is non-refundable — in full or in part — regardless of how many sessions remain unused. This includes any deliverables already provided, such as a completed resume draft.

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for a refund once provided:

Coaching sessions that have already taken place;
Completed deliverables, such as a finished resume, cover letter, or LinkedIn rewrite that has been delivered to you; and
Custom work performed at your specific request beyond the scope of your original package.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand life happens. Please give us at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule an individual coaching session at no charge. Sessions cancelled with less notice, or missed without notice, may be counted as used under your package. Repeated late cancellations may affect your remaining session availability.

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at hello@careertransitionsuccessacademy.com with your name, the package you purchased, and the date of purchase. We will confirm your eligibility under this policy and, if approved, process the refund to your original payment method within a reasonable time.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes will apply to packages purchased after the updated "Effective Date" above; your refund rights will be governed by the policy in effect on the date you made your purchase.
